Chef Colin Auchincloss grew up in Winston-Salem, NC, and comes to Azure Grille from restaurants in Raleigh, NC, where he was Executive Chef at The Red Room and Winston’s Grill. There he developed an eclectic style of cuisine that offers our guests nightly special entrees and flavorful appetizers. He looks forward to using the Carrboro Farmers Market and other local products.
He and his wife, Sarah, live in Chapel Hill, with their two sons.
