Chef Colin comes to us from the Raleigh restaurant scene where he has been the Executive Chef at the Red Room and Winston's Grille. We look forward to his menu ideas, including some delectable small plates to add to our menu. Chef Colin and his wife, Sarah, live in Chapel Hill with their two children.
